Yesterday on my lunch break I had the oppertunity to visit Sean Tully and his gang at their print factory. I'm doing a group show in September with Said Gallery in Encinitas, curated by Dustin Ortiz, and a handful of us local artists designed posters to be hand screen printed by the good people at Forward.
In my visit I got to watch Sean's whole print process on my poster, as well as help stack prints after the dryer. It was pretty rad seeing something I made come out so large. Equally impressive was the crazy bright mint green ink matched to my design.
Here are some process photos and a sneak peak of the print. Show details to follow soon.
